Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Retainer

All retainers are non-refundable.

2. Cancellations

If you cancel your booking, the retainer will be retained as compensation for the reserved time.

3. Rescheduling

You may reschedule your session once with at least 48 hours’ notice. Additional reschedules may incur a fee.

4. Refunds

Refunds are not provided once the session has taken place.

5. Satisfaction

Due to the artistic nature of photography, refunds are not provided based on personal preference or subjective opinion.

6. Photographer Cancellation

If the photographer must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered either:

• A rescheduled session, or
• A full refund of payments made

7. Late Arrival / No-Show

Late arrivals may result in reduced session time. No-shows are non-refundable.
