Terms & Conditions

By booking a session with Boris Frantskevich Photography, you agree to the following terms:

1. Booking and Payment

A session is considered booked only after payment of a retainer fee. The remaining balance is due before or on the day of the session.

2. Retainer

The retainer secures your date and time and is non-refundable.

3. Rescheduling

Rescheduling is possible with at least 48 hours’ notice. One reschedule is allowed without penalty. Additional changes may incur a fee.

4. Cancellations

If you cancel your session, the retainer will not be refunded.

5. Services Provided

Each package includes a specific number of retouched images as described at the time of booking. Additional images may be available for purchase.

6. Artistic Style

You acknowledge that you are familiar with the photographer’s portfolio and style. Final image selection, editing, and artistic direction remain at the photographer’s discretion.

7. Image Delivery

Final images are delivered digitally within the agreed timeframe.

8. Use of Images

The photographer retains the right to use images for portfolio, website, social media, competitions, and exhibitions unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Client Usage

Clients may use images for personal use. Commercial use requires prior written permission.

10. Liability

In the unlikely event of technical failure, illness, or circumstances beyond control, liability is limited to a reshoot or refund of payments made.

11. Agreement

By booking a session, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.
